NPHC’s Verzuz Battle is an Instagram Live event in which Mississippi State NPHC chapters battle to see who has the best curated playlist. The chapters face off in a 10-song rounds during Verzuz's one-hour session. This week we will battle the Epsilon Theta Zetas.

Jiggaerobics featuring J. Grace, is a health promotion and wellness event that will introduce the current African American cultural dance, jigging, and promote exercise and monitoring health with a segment from Mississippi State’s Health Promotion and Wellness office.
Jamal Knowles and Kendra Poole will be conducting a fitness series on September 18th - September 20th in the Sanderson Center (Studio C) from 6-8pm.

MVNU2MSU (Movin' You to MSU) is the move-in day event each Fall semester. Students will be assigned a check-in time based on whether they have been assigned an odd or even floor number and a check-in location based on their residence hall's campus zone. Once the students have checked in, they are greeted at their residence hall by move-in volunteers, including faculty, staff, spirit group members, athletic team members, members of various student organizations, Starkville residents, and even MSU leadership to assist in their move. It is a fun day to make new friends and get settled into your new home away from home! The date for MVNU2MSU 2017 is August 12th, 2017!
